They blocked my account without paying royalties, they didn't allow me to receive this payment, also some tracks of my blocked account are still active in the stores and they still earn royalties from them.
this is really shameful!!

I have been using Ditto for a while now and I find the website easy to use and the services available pretty straightforward.
They provide useful content and information to help you learn about the business of music as well as a platform to enable you to put your creative contact out there and really drive the direction of where you want your music to be delivered.
Being an independent artist with the resources to get your music on world renowned social platforms and have analytics showing you trends is so useful to us and Ditto are on hand with promotional packages to help too.
They help to give me a greater sense of autonomy when it comes to managing aspects of my own artist development.

Terrible customer service.
Their system for reviewing if your album is ready to be published is so frustrating. They don't tell you how to specifically fix the issues and if you contact them for support it can last more than 4 days to get a response.

The website is really easy to use and we got a great deal on the price for a year through a discount code of 75%!
Following the upload to process our next single was great and the only real hiccup was that it seemed to get stuck at the "incomplete" stage.
After a few tries it did go through but can't leave a 5* review i'm afraid because of the mild panic of thinking i'd done it wrong!

Really good and supportive service, I don't think ive had any issue that they couldn't deal with, very supportive swell, i've released numerous music and will continue to.

I've been using Ditto Music 2 professional artist plan for 5 months. Uploading was easy and fast. Delivery was on time. The customer service is quick and fast as you can chat them directly. I live in Indonesia, so it's quite a time difference, but they replied fast. The only downside, is the royalty report which you can't see your stats beyond 30 days and it quite slow compare to distrokid in reporting your royalties. Overall, It's been a good experience so far.(Update). I,ve just received my first royalty payout recently . Honesty, i am quite nervous reading all the negative comment of ditto not paying royalty. But i can say it's not true. As long as you are not doing shady stuff like bot streaming, or other illegal fraud streaming method , i believe you should be fine.The process tooks me around three weeks from the first royalty report. Then your royalty were held for pending clearance verification. I submitted my ticket for clearance support. And it tooks a while to get replied. I live chatted ditto cs a few time, and they can't help much because it's a different department and they have limited access. I appreciated their help. Then once you received email from clearance department, you can withdraw your royalty to payoneer. It tooks me around 3 days to get the payout money into my local bank.the good things, ditto dont cut any tax or witheld tax like distrokid, 100% exactly from your royalty report and $3 processing fee from payoneer to your local bank.This is my experience, so I cant guarantee it will be the same to everyone.I will update this review once i received my second payout. Ditto Music has helped us release our music for a fraction of the cost of bigger name competitors. Ditto recently helped us obtain an Official Artist Channel on YouTube, which gave our label a big boost.
